Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are a contract between you and Telioq Digital Enterprise (SSM registration no. 202603223962 / AS0520503-W), Malaysia ("Telioq", "we", "us"). They govern your use of telioq.com, its subdomains, and any Telioq product you sign up for. By using a Telioq product you agree to these terms.

2. The services

Telioq provides software for small businesses — including WhatsApp-based appointment booking and front-desk automation, customer loyalty-point recording, WhatsApp-to-calendar scheduling, and related tools. Each product's specific features, limits, and price are described on its own page at telioq.com.

3. Your account and responsibilities

4. Pricing and payment

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, HitPay, at the price and billing period shown for that product (some products offer a free tier or trial). Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and you may cancel at any time with access continuing until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

5. Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required to protect the service or other users, or if a connected platform (Meta, Google) requires it. Where practical we will tell you why.

6. Intellectual property

Telioq and its licensors own the software and website. Your business data and content remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the services.

7. Third-party platforms

The services rely on platforms operated by others (Meta / WhatsApp, Google, HitPay). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make to their APIs.

8. No warranty

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep them reliable but do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every appointment, message, or automated action will be handled correctly. Always verify anything important yourself.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Telioq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the products evolve. Material changes take effect on the "last updated" date above; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
