Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy applies to the websites and software products operated by Telioq Digital Enterprise (SSM registration no. 202603223962 / AS0520503-W), a business registered in Malaysia ("Telioq", "we", "us"). It covers telioq.com and its subdomains, and the products listed at telioq.com — including the Digital Front Desk / BookingFlow, Portal, AutoSlot, Royalty and related tools.

Information we collect

• Website visits. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting. Our marketing pages do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Account and contact details you give us when you sign up for a product or contact us — typically your name, email address, business name, and a WhatsApp number.
• Operational content. Depending on the product, we process the content needed to run it: WhatsApp messages sent to a number you connect, booking and appointment details, loyalty-point records, and calendar entries we create on your behalf.
• Billing information. Subscription status and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Telioq.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and support the product you signed up for.
• To create calendar events, send reminders, or publish content only where the product's function requires it and you have connected the relevant account.
• To process subscription payments and send service and billing emails.
• To secure our systems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your operational content to train AI models for other customers.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platform data

Telioq uses Meta's Pages API and Instagram API to publish content to our own Telioq Facebook Page and Instagram account. Through these APIs we access only Pages and accounts we own or administer. We do not collect, store, or profile information about people who view or interact with that content beyond the aggregate metrics Meta itself reports to a Page owner.

Google user data

Where a product connects to Google Calendar, we request only the access needed to create or check the events that product manages. Telioq's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not read, sell, or transfer Google user data except to provide or improve the connected feature, comply with law, or as part of a merger with appropriate safeguards.

Service providers we share data with

Only as needed to run the services:

• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp connectivity and Facebook/Instagram publishing.
• Google — Calendar integration.
• HitPay — payment processing.
• Hosting and email infrastructure used to run telioq.com and send transactional email.

Data retention

Account and configuration data is kept while your account is active. WhatsApp message content is processed to perform the product's function (for example detecting a confirmed appointment) and is not retained longer than needed for that purpose and basic support. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required or on a valid deletion request.

Your rights and data deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing noreply@telioq.com from the address associated with your account. You can also revoke a connected Google account from your Google Account permissions page, and disconnect a WhatsApp number from within the product. We action verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

Children

Our products are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products change. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified by email.
